Yes. We are a licensed contractor carrying liability insurance and WSIB coverage, and we work with licensed plumbers and electricians on anything requiring a trade licence. We are happy to provide certificates on request - property managers usually want these on file.
Yes. Where a municipal permit or engineering is required - structural work, decks, egress windows, basement suites - we handle the drawings, the application and the inspections.
We do. For water damage and mold we document conditions thoroughly with photos, moisture readings and a written scope, which is what adjusters need. We can work directly with your adjuster or restoration coordinator.
We always start with the cause. That usually means grading, drainage, ventilation, flashing, moisture control or structural repair before we rebuild the finished space.
Yes. Older basements, heritage homes and cottage conversions are a big part of the work we do across Grey and Simcoe County.
